Test Results

Normal Colour Vision

You have good colour vision. People with normal colour vision have three types of colour-sensitive cones in their eyes, allowing them to see a full spectrum of colours. They are able to differentiate between red, green, and blue light and perceive a wide range of colours and tones.

Mild Colour Vision Deficiency

You may have mild colour vision deficiency but more testing will be required to know what type of colour deficiency you may have. Perceiving certain colours or distinguishing between similar colours could be difficult. This is unlikely to impact your life as you are still able to see a wide range of colours.

Red-Green Colour Deficiency

You are likely to be severely red-green colour deficient. Differentiating the colours red and green may be difficult for you. Colour blindness affects approximately 1 in 12 men (8%) and 1 in 200 women in the world. Red-green colour deficiency is the most common type of colour deficiency in the world and is most likely caused by genetics.
